The graphics bar is deliberately low — Intel Graphics 4400 is integrated graphics from 2014. Any dedicated GPU from the last decade clears it easily, and the 2 GB install size means the game runs from almost any drive.
One hardware note matters more than the GPU: the store page requires "a mouse with 2 buttons + scroll wheel" for camera control. Trackpad-only play is not the intended experience.
